As an executive coach, I help established and emerging leaders become better versions of themselves.

I’ll help you step back from the day-to-day and rethink both where you’re going and how you’re going to get there. I will help you set clear goals and offer support and challenge as you work towards those goals. Our conversations will focus on solutions rather than problems, on strengths rather than weaknesses, on the future rather than the past.

I bring to this work both a background in both in the creative industries and a higher education: my methods of are underpinned by academic research into what actually works.

I typically work with clients over six 90-minute sessions, either in person (London or Brighton) or online.

I am a member of the Association for Coaching and adhere to the Global Code of Ethics.

Marcus pushed me to take more ownership of the challenges facing myself and my organisation. I came away with plans to address specific near-term problems, but also steps to address some of my own blind spots.

- Chief Operating Officer, JKBX

Working with Marcus has been hugely beneficial – it’s changed my way of approaching professional difficulties, and my way of questioning myself.

- HR Director, United Talent Agency

As well as helping me to identify and amplify my strengths, Marcus was able to help me find positive strategies and commit to tangible actions through the course of the sessions that enabled a substantial step change in my work.

- Senior Manager: Business Innovation, Arts Council England
