As an executive coach, I help established and emerging leaders improve confidence and performance, especially at moments of transition. 

 

As an innovation coach, I help teams develop and test ideas in order to develop evidence-based business models and value propositions. 

Whatever the scenario, I’ll help you step back from the day-to-day and rethink both where you’re going and how you’re going to get there. I will help you set clear goals and offer support and challenge as you work towards those goals. 

Our conversations will focus on solutions rather than problems, on strengths rather than weaknesses, on the future rather than the past. 

 

I bring to this work both a background in both in the creative industries and a higher education: my methods of are underpinned by academic research into what actually works.

 

I typically work with clients over six 90-minute sessions, either in person (London or Brighton) or online. 

 

I am a member of the Association for Coaching and adhere to the Global Code of Ethics.
